Digital Products

StoryHub provides digital assets, interactive narrative templates, character visual packs, and custom script design services. Standard products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical goods.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Standard downloadable asset packs and templates may be priced between £0.99 and £49.99. Custom script bundles and narrative design services may range from £49.99 to £99.99, depending on scope.

Billing Descriptor

To reduce customer confusion, cardholder statements may display a clear merchant descriptor such as SYNAPSEFLOW*DIGITAL or our verified storefront domain.

Delivery

Instant digital products are normally made available immediately after payment approval. Custom consultancy work is delivered digitally, usually within 5-7 business days after the project requirements are confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the irreversible nature of delivered digital downloads, all sales are final once download access has been generated or the digital content has been delivered. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
